The system will guide you through a minimal amount of steps to send your files to us. The system will then automatically send us an e-mail letting us know you sent us file(s) so we can retrieve them. There's nothing else to do.

For your InDesign files ready to go to press… We recommend creating a ZIP file (Windows) or Stuffit file (Mac) for each job with the following folders: •InDesign file •Images •Fonts •Misc (the InDesign report and anything else, like special instructions) •PDF (a PDF created from your InDesign file using either the Press Quality or PDF/X-1a option.
Then there will be only one ZIP file to transmit to us via our SendThisFile module, organized efficiently. (For the PDF file, you only need to send a Press Quality PDF file at full resolution, and .125" bleeds if appropriate. We actually prefer to output from a Press Quality PDF file rather than native formats, but we want the native format [InDesign preferred], images, fonts, etc. as a backup in case last-minute changes or technological tweaks are necessary. If the Press Quality PDF is made correctly and there are no last-minute changes, we will just use that for output.)
For other files too large to e-mail… This system works just as well even if you’re not sending a complete job ready to go to press. Many clients bundle all their photos and other materials for a job we will be working to design into one compressed ZIP or Stuffit file and send it to us using this system.
If you have any questions, or have any problems, please call.
Of course, we can still accept e-mail attachments up to 15MB if that would work for some jobs.
